ModoLoan is one of the USA’s leading installment loan introducers; we work closely with the top US lenders to provide a loan option for you. Although we aim to provide you with the highest standards of service, there may be occasions when our service or advice does not meet your expectations.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding an existing loan, please refer to your loan agreement and contact your loan provider directly.
As we are a fully online service we do not operate a call center. However, we will deal with any complaints made in writing by email to customers@modoloan.com
We will send you a written acknowledgment within five business days of receiving your complaint. Your concerns will be fully investigated and a detailed response (‘decision letter') issued within eight weeks of receiving your complaint.
